Roberta is a private villa for 10 people located in the countryside near the medieval village of Peccioli.
This two-story property offers over 300 square meters of living space, including a spacious living room, a reading room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
GROUND FLOOR: The welcoming entrance opens onto the main loggia and leads to a reading room with a library and study area on the right, and the main living room, furnished in the traditional Tuscan style, on the left. Further on, you’ll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The kitchen has also got a large table where to arrange group dinners and lunches and a cozy fireplace. A guest bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. A back door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor area with a furnished veranda, barbecue, and dining table.
First floor: A wide stone staircase leads to the first-floor sleeping area, where you’ll find a twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the hills and the pool. From here, two corridors lead to the north and south wings: the first with two double bedrooms and a bathroom, the second with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom.

The outdoor of the villa is composed by a large garden with a private swimming pool overlooking the beautiful hamlet of Peccioli. The garden has also got a wood oven where to bake the best pizzas ever.
The property is located in a strategic position in order to visit all the most important point attractions of the area such as Florence, Pisa but also Volterra and San Gimignano.
